Hotel accessibility: making everyone welcome

Well done to Julie for getting Access Solutions and the Sounds Good chater mark a mention in an article in The Caterer.

For clarification: some (but not all) staff from The Sands hotel attended a single workshop co-delivered by Julie and another member of the Access Unlimited consortium (of which Access Solutions is a member). The 'Access for All' sessions were wholly funded by Visit England and covered access issues for all types of disability. Julie delivered some pan-disability training and also the part of the session which focussed on access issues for guest/visitors with hearing loss. Businesses which took part in the Access for All training were also invited to access online training from Disabled Go, which also included a module on hearing loss.
