Sounds Good charter mark

The Sounds Good charter mark gives recognition to establishments which meet the access needs of people with hearing loss (as identified via an access audit). Access audits are conducted by members of the Access Solutions team, all of whom, in addition to their professional skills, all have first-hand experience of hearing loss. 

 

Once awarded the Charter Mark, businesses are listed on Hearing Loss Friendly, a website which enables people with hearin gloss to search for venues which meet their access needs.
