As any #SBS winner will tell you, winning takes perseverance. I heeded WE Hickson's advice and, after almost ten months of trying, I've succeeded: I've been rewarded with an SBS win, thanks to a retweet from Theo Paphitis. Here was my winning tweet, as retweeted by Theo:

Once Theo announced the winners last night, our Twitter timeline lit up like a Christmas tree with so many warm welcomes from previous #SBS winners and so many messages of congratulations. I was genuinely touched by the warmth conveyed.

I am a previous #SBS winner, having won for my other business interest, Aspinall Ink on 1st September 2014 - the same day Access Solutions was launched. That was quite a week, I can tell you! I'm hoping this will be another rollercoaster week of media coverage and customer enquiries, increased visitor numbers to our websites and blogs - and awareness-raising for the need for businesses to be accessible to peopel with hearing loss. I'll keep you posted!
